Guests should feel a property, not a pile of unrelated outfits. Colour, fabric weight and branding placements are shared; cut and utility change by department.

Kitchen heat, housekeeping chemicals and lobby presentation are different jobs. Treating them as one SKU is how programmes fail.

Visual control

Hospitality clothing is photographed constantly. Sampling includes how a logo sits on a waistcoat, how a chef coat closes, and how housekeeping tunics look after industrial laundry.

Questions buyers ask

Can one hotel use a single colour story across departments?
Yes. That is usually the stronger result. Differentiation then comes from cut, trim and a small number of accent pieces rather than ten unrelated palettes.
